Handsome is as Handsome Does

WOW! They clean up nice!! No, these handsome guys are not your next waiters at Olive Garden, but are snazzed up for their National History Day presentation. They placed first at regionals and are moving on to State at the end of April.

I was truly thrilled to be included into the special indian tribe and given the honorary job of "carver" for our school nature walk! WOW! We learned what the native tribes ate and how they built their lodges. Stevie was a "Food Gatherer" which was a very appropriate job for him. Trouble is that we doubt he would share. He just practiced his cool middle-school aged smirk with the slump against the tree and arms crossed. Very cool.

Love is in the air

Karli, the little tree hugger is born. We discovered her true love while at the U.W. Arboretum on Monday. The weather was fabulous.
